Approach

Uncover your values. Refine your strengths. Own your path.

My coaching focus is short-term transformation rather than long-term management. While I’ve worked with some clients and former direct reports for years, the best results come from a short, intense engagement that completely reframes how the client engages with the working world, and gives them the tools (including, now, an AI coach they can consult for as long as they want without booking sessions) to shape their ambitions and operation in a way that plays to their strengths.

I usually recommend a six-session engagement that includes:

  • Intro Session, Goal Setting
  • Testing & Instrument Review & Interpretation, Intro to AI Self-Coaching
  • Resume Review
  • Optional: Mock Interview

My tools include work-style discovery and analysis, strengths discovery, and many others. Together, we examine not just what transpired in your career arc, but what might have been left out of your story, and how it can inform aligned, intentional action.

Yes, we all change, but the world changes faster. My process creates a stable platform of values, strengths, and approaches tailored to you. You also get an AI coach you can interact with for free forever. With this stability, you can use your work life’s ever-changing flow of experiences and opportunities as fodder for growth, rather than fires to fight.

Frameworks

I often will try to get at a concept via analogous or lateral thinking. The results can be comical. Mixed metaphors abound. My clients and direct reports (and family… and friends…) gently rib me about this.

Most of them are temporary mental scaffolding to help me climb, inspect, and explore a monolithic problem to see if there are any cracks in it. But some of them stick around, so I’m making myself a to-do list here.

  • Sand in the gears
  • Task selection is destiny
  • Macronutrient ratios
